1.) Marshall's Creek Rest
313 Baskins Creek Rd., Gatlinburg
Rustic renovated rooms with a cabin feel, right on the creek. This charming, locally owned hotel has excellent reviews and is within walking distance to downtown, just a couple of minutes from the entrance of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Enjoy the outdoor pool, firepit, and rockers. You can park right in front of your room. (Yes, that's a bear!)

2.) Sleepy Bear
820 East Parkway, Gatlinburg
This family-owned motel sits on Dudley Creek and features an outdoor swimming pool. Some rooms have balconies with water views. Ask about the complimentary breakfast on weekends. This adorable spot has large TVs in rooms and is about a 30-minute walk to downtown, or a 1-mile drive or trolley ride.
3.) Historic Gatlinburg Inn
755 Parkway, Gatlinburg
The Historic Gatlinburg Inn, where "Rocky Top" was written, is a part of Gatlinburg's history. They know how to treat guests, having welcomed many famous arrivals since 1939. When you stay here, you get an interesting walk down Gatlinburg's memory lane.
Located right in the middle of downtown Gatlinburg, this vintage but updated hotel is surrounded by downtown bustle. Enjoy balcony rooms, views of everything, and an outdoor pool.
4.) The Gillette

This family-owned hotel has been recently renovated and features balconies and an outdoor pool. It boasts an excellent downtown location, making it an easy walk to downtown. Larger luxury and double suites and accessible rooms are available, with a 42-inch wide elevator and ramp.
5.) Greystone Lodge on the River

This gem offers a lot of bang for your buck. It is right on the water and features a pool with a slide, firepit, fitness room, and nice outdoor areas. It's one of the most beloved hotels in the area for many years. Enjoy a free continental breakfast. They also have meeting and wedding facilities!
Located in the heart of downtown Gatlinburg, it has accessible rooms and balconies. It's across the road from Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies.
6.) Jack Huff's
204 Cherokee Orchard Rd., Gatlinburg
This lodge has a history, featuring renovated rooms, an outdoor swimming pool with a slide, and indoor hot tubs. It also has balconies and an elevator. It's less than a block from the downtown Gatlinburg strip.
Accessible rooms, large rooms, and adjoining rooms are also available.
7.) Comfort Suites, Downtown Convention Center
321 Reagan Drive, Gatlinburg
This hotel is right next to the Gatlinburg Convention Center and is easily walkable to just about everywhere downtown. The free daily breakfast buffet can really save you money. It features an indoor pool and a fitness room.
Great accessibility, pool hoist, meeting facilities, and a business center. It's just a 10-minute walk to downtown.
8.) Twin Mountain Inn
3929 S. River Rd., Pigeon Forge
This pet-friendly hotel features balconies over the river, an outdoor swimming pool, meeting space, and a firepit outside by the river. This charming hotel has an elevator and offers a free continental breakfast. It's only a 5-minute walk to the Pigeon Forge Parkway.
Some rooms have a fireplace. It's a great place to stay for Rod Runs!

This family-owned motel offers a free continental breakfast and features an outdoor swimming pool with a separate hot tub. It's right on the Parkway. Check my Rod Run schedule, because this hotel will be booked months ahead for those car show dates.
But it is a super deal with very good reviews, and easy to book.
10.) Berry Springs Lodge
2149 Seaton Springs Rd., Sevierville
I would consider this a true hidden gem. Built in 2000, it's a small, 11-room, adult-oriented hotel, tucked back into the hills, but it's a very easy drive to the Pigeon Forge Parkway, Gatlinburg, and 10 minutes to Dollywood.
A free full breakfast is included, saving you money on your stay. Enjoy a variety of cozy rooms with fireplaces and a couple's spa room onsite. It features private jetted tubs, a fitness center, fishing, firepit, hiking and biking trails, and more. A small resort fee applies per stay.
11.) The Inn on the River
2492 Parkway, Pigeon Forge
This hotel features indoor and outdoor swimming pools with a spa tub, rooms with balconies and patios that offer views of the river. Enjoy a free breakfast buffet and a cozy firepit. It's located right on the North end of the Pigeon Forge Parkway, with easy access to all attractions and is very close to The Titanic Museum, The Island, and Wears Valley Road.

This hotel offers a free breakfast buffet, indoor and outdoor pools, balconies, a business center, and meeting room, plus an elevator. It's located near Apple Barn and right on the Parkway. It has excellent reviews.

This hotel features an outdoor pool with a lazy river, an indoor pool with a spa tub, a fitness center, and a full free breakfast included. It also has an elevator, business center, and meeting spaces. The location is conveniently on the Parkway in Sevierville, very close to Soaky Mountain Waterpark.
