Each hotel on this list is UNIQUE!
1.) Residence Inn, 2959 Teaster Lane
This is a Marriott Hotel and its location is excellent, right between The Island, LeConte Center, and Ripken Experience. But since it is on Teaster Lane, it's not on the main Parkway, which gets you out of the worst traffic, but still very close to all the attractions. The view overlooking the city is wonderful. Free breakfast, fitness center, and yes - a dog park! It is actually pet friendly (for a fee), and there is a fenced area to let your dog run!
You can get a room with a great view, facing the mountains or The Island, and you are also close to Dollywood and the Mountain Mile, among tons of other things on the Parkway. They also offer extended stays.

2.) DreamMore Resort, 2525 DreamMore Way
So, Wow. So much to say about beautiful DreamMore Resort & Spa. But let me sum it up by saying, this is Dolly's place. Very family friendly, live music, lots of activities, a friendly staff and very clean.
A free shuttle takes you to and from Dollywood Theme Park & Splash Country. It also has onsite restaurants, (where you can get Dolly's famous cinnamon bread, Stone Soup and more), game room, fire pits, indoor & outdoor swimming pools and meeting spaces, including help with your wedding there.
A full-service spa, and lots of Dolly's special touches, and perks, like Fast Pass and early entry for the park and treats like smores, hot apple cider and more.
If you've always wanted to know, "What would Dolly do?", this is the place for you!

3.) Margaritaville Island Hotel, 131 Island Drive
This is the big hotel on the river, that is actually part of The Island itself!
They have spacious, tropical beach themed rooms and some of the rooms have balconies that overlook the shopping breezeway or can overlook the river. It has a top rated spa, a rooftop swimming pool and bar, the onsite Margaritaville restaurant, and lots of fun amenities like firepits, private pool cabanas, live entertainment, and access to everything you could ever want at The Island itself!
It's definitely 5 o'clock somewhere, and that means here.

4.) Blue Mountain Mist Country Inn, 1811 Pullen Rd.
This top-rated Bed & Breakfast is near Dollywood, only 5 minutes away, just off a country backroad.
This is a romantic, Victorian farmhouse that has 12 rooms and 5 cottages on 60 acres. You can stay in the main house, or in the cute, cozy cottages onsite. It also has a full-service day spa, breakfast and meals served daily, a hiking trail, and pretty mountain views.
Anniversary, Spa and Valentine Packages available. While the address is technically Sevierville, it's right on the edge of the Pigeon Forge City limits, and very close to Dollywood and the Parkway.

6.) Arbors at Island Landing, 2809 Parkway

Arbors is one of the most affordable, budget friendly - but - excellent hotels on this list. If you are on looking for a good value, you will want to look at this one!
Arbors is also one of the great Rod Run hotels in the area, with balcony rooms overlooking the Parkway. It's very clean, friendly and right on the main drag. It has an outdoor, heated swimming pool, a firepit, beautiful landscaping and you get free pancakes at the restaurant across the street. They also have free snacks, coffee and apple cider all day, free fishing with their poles and outdoor games and it's right on the river.

7.) The Inn at Christmas Place, 119 Christmas Tree Lane

If you haven't guessed, this is a beautiful, year-round Christmas themed hotel. It's really a whole experience and gets very high marks for amenities and cleanliness. It looks a bit like a castle, and has lots of nostalgia, with both indoor and outdoor pools.
Santa visits frequently, even in June. You will enjoy scavenger hunts, in-room Christmas trees, music, fresh cookies, and a very warm, family friendly atmosphere. Some rooms have balconies. It's in an excellent location, right in the middle of all the Parkway action and restaurants.
Amazing, free hot breakfast, fitness center, gardens and pond, uniformed bellmen, and we cannot leave out the magical, German glockenspiel. Also, it has a brand-new outdoor pool for 2024!
